Fruit smoothie
Ingredients for around 4 cups:
3.6 oz of frozen Raspberries
5.1 oz of frozen Blackberries
0.9 oz of frozen Blueberries
1.5 oz of frozen Pitted Cherries
1 cup of plain Greek Yogurt
2 tsp of Honey
1 large mint leaf
(OPTIONAL) 1 tsp of ground pistachios and mint leaves on top for decoration
Blend until smooth
2. Berry-ade
Ingredients:
½ cup frozen raspberries
½ frozen blackberries
5 frozen strawberries
2 sprigs of mint
2 tablespoons of honey
500ml water
2 lemons
1 lime
You can just squeeze the lemons and lime, or cut them up and leave them in the water after squeezing to get the most out of them. (It also looks better :) )
3. Sweet Tea
Ingredients for around 2 cups:
Two teabags of black tea
One tea bag of mint tea
One tea bag of ginger tea
Boiling water (amount varies based on how strong you want the tea to be)
1 mandarin turned into juice
1/2 lime turned into juice
1/3 cup of sugar
Stir together and let cool. Then, put in the fridge until cold.
(You can also freeze it to make sweet tea popsicles)
